For the Men, golf at University Park again, playing with a bunch of Martin's local friends. Exact timings to be confirmed but tee off likely to be around 11:00 Nature of game will be posted here when known. Ladies to visit Ringling Museum/tbc

Back on the golf course today: this time at Waterlefe (one-time US Open Qualifying course). Tee times booked for 09:48 and 09:56. We shall take sandwiches with us for lunch. Dinner in the evening has been booked for Cafe Gabbiano at 6:30 pm.  Dress code is pretty casual. If timing allows, we can drive down earlier and go for a walk on the beach/see sunset.

Depending on the weather, we would suggest a combination of the following: Morning visit to Sarasota Farmer's Market Then drive to Lido Beach for a walk along the sand. Lunch reserved at Café l'Europe at 12:30 pm After lunch maybe a game of minigolf , to include some 4-legged wildlife, and/or a visit to Celery Fields  where the attractions have wings and 2 legs...

Change of plan due to course availability. We shall now be playing  Streamsong  on this day.  We have reservations on the Blue Course at 10:05 and 10:15 so shall have a reasonably early start from home. I have taken advantage of a rare opportunity to book a walking rate in Florida: weather should be conducive and it'll be good to stretch some legs. Rates will be $239/person plus and additional $15 for hiring a trolley.  I have not booked any caddies... Dinner at home in the evening.

or  We need to stay flexible here: the aim is to play golf at  River Strand  in mid morning but these bookings can only be made a few days in advance. We have secured a couple of slots at  Legacy Golf Club  just in case but this would be our second favourite for the day. These are booked at 11:12 and 11:20 at a cost of $94/round. In the case, that some form of pre-travel COVID19 tests are required, we need to fit these in today. At present my understanding is that this is not required.You will need to check in online this evening Dinner in the evening has been booked for  Brios  at 7:00 pm.  Dress code is pretty casual.
